Arab Health is the second largest healthcare exhibition and congress in the world, and the largest in the Middle East.
The conference takes place at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Center and offers opportunities for collaboration all over the world, and in the MENA region in particular. MENA distributors attend the event to look for new innovative solutions. In addition, many large hospitals and authorities exhibit, which gives you direct contact and the possibility to showcase your products and your services to them, as well as to receive answers about regulations etc.
Paula Hassoon, CEO of Global Pharma Consulting, shares her advice before attending.
“It is a large event and to visit it without prior planning does not give you that much and can be stressful if you are not exhibiting. You should think through what you want, who you want to meet etc. Make a list their booth number and approach them methodically. Try to pre-book meetings in advance so that you are sure to meet a decision-maker.”
The 2018 edition of the event is expected to welcome more than 4 200 exhibiting companies and 103 000 attendees from 150+ countries. Accompanying the exhibition will be 17 business, leadership and Continuing Medical Education (CME) conferences, on topics including imaging and diagnostics, connected care, biomedical engineering, 3D medical printing and pharmacotherapy.
