Area Account Manager Trauma, South Finland (Helsinki)

Area Account Manager Trauma, South-West Finland (Turku)

DePuy Synthes is market leader within the Trauma segment in Finland. To maintain and develop our position we are now recruiting 2 Area Account Managers; one to the HUS hospital area and the other to the TYKS hospital area. As Area Account Manager you have responsibility for the entire sales process in your own territory and work closely with your customers, doctors, nurses and other stakeholders.

Job Expectations and Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through proposals, planning, training and service
Knowledge of the orthopedic and medical device environment in general and the Trauma business in particular
Be updated on the latest market trends and scientific status within the therapy area
Take full responsibility for the overall business performance of your product portfolio
Establish and execute sales strategies to achieve the budget in your territory
Assist in the management of the product portfolio by offering education, provide service and attend surgeries to improve patient outcome
Take an active part in the tender processes in your territory
Ensure that actions executed meet customer needs and support the overall business strategy
Conduct business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements
Gain and retain strong relationships with relevant KOLs

Qualifications and Requirements

Degree in nursing or other relevant education
Experience in Medical Devices sales and/or have a hospital nursing background
Preferably live either in the Helsinki or Turku region
Fluent in Finnish and English, both in writing and the spoken language
Team player with great drive and high level of social skills
Driver´s license and ability to travel
Skilled in Excel and Power Point
We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused person with great ability to prioritize and make things happen. You have to be able to act with short notice and handle several parallel ongoing customer activities as well as have good presentation skills with high focus on people and customer development.
