Anders Blanck leaves his position as CEO of Lif

Anders Blanck

Anders Blanck has been CEO of the trade association for the research-based pharmaceutical industry in Sweden (Lif) since 2011, and before that he was deputy CEO since 2005.

Blanck will continue as CEO this fall in order to give the Board time to find a successor.

“I am both very grateful and proud of what we, the pharmaceutical industry, together have achieved during my time at Lif. It has been a privilege to develop Lif in a direction that has benefited both our members, pharma companies, as well as patients and society at large. During my years at Lif I have had the privilege to work and collaborate with incredibly competent and friendly colleagues and collaboration partners, so I would like to in advance send a big thank you to all of them. I look forward to this autumn when I both will have the great honor to led Lif and at the same time think about new challenges in my professional life,” says Anders Blanck, CEO, Lif.
