The board of Calmark Sweden has decided to file for bankruptcy.

The board’s decision is based on the company’s strained and urgent liquidity needs in both the short and long term. In-depth dialogues with intended cooperation partners have not been able to be completed, states the company.

The Board of Directors assesses that the warrants whose redemption period begins this week will not provide the company with the necessary capital for continued operations.

Calmark Sweden AB is a medical technology company that manufactures and sells a patient-close analysis method (PNA) with simpler and faster analyzes of medical conditions in newborns.
