The Challenge
Is export B2B sales part of your DNA and ambition? Are you driven by creating sales and fostering business development? If so, we would very much like to meet you.
You enjoy working in a small but ambitious company. You like to work independently, often on your own when travelling and working field based. At the same time, you are part of a team working closely with the rest of the organization.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for your own accounts and markets, focusing on different supermarket chains and DIY but depending on the market structure in the different countries and the strategy, the role could include other B2B segments and clients.
This includes maintaining existing customers, developing new business accounts, negotiations and calculations. With Denmark as your base, you will be travelling 10-15 days per year.

Your ambition is to work within B2B sales, and you naturally possess strong business acumen, are detail oriented, and feel confident working with both Danish and international clients.
For you, engagement, positivity, and relations with clients are key words. You are strong in understanding and handling clients in a very professional way and at the same time you depend on your colleagues and the rest of the organization to be successful.
You thrive in a sales role and are motivated by achieving results. Combined with this, you develop and keep strong relations internally and externally. It is therefore very important that you master the ability to balance working independently and at the same time you enjoy being part of a dedicated team.
As a person you are self-driven and well-structured with a strong ability to prioritize and make things happen. By nature, you are result oriented and motivated by developing the clients and at the same time getting things done. You achieve this by maintaining a clear focus on your goals, completing tasks efficiently, and involving colleagues when necessary.
You show dedication and motivation to build the business and at the same time, very importantly, you are also likeable as a person.
You create trust and respect around yourself as a person. You share information and are motivated by working in a dedicated and small organization with great opportunities to develop in the role.
The preferred candidate possesses the following qualifications:
- More than 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Commercial background and experience within sales and/or purchase
- Comfortable with many different tasks
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Excellent communication skills
