As Nordic Commercial Product Manager Rx, you will lead Avia Pharma’s Nordic marketing for the Rx range, set product group priorities, and engage with key opinion leaders to drive preference for the selected products.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and strategic skills, can turn market trends into action, and collaborates effectively across teams to meet market share goals.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide high-level analysis of potential business and marketing opportunities based on different market insights (e.g., market research, industry and customer trends) and develop new channel-specific plans.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans in the Nordics for the assigned Rx products.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities and continuously evaluate the effect and efficiency.
  • Identify, make contact with, and cooperate with KOLs.
  • Be the internal ambassador of the products and provide the necessary information about products, new projects and activities, ensuring product knowledge among the field force and team members.
  • Manage brands’ sales forecasts and track product performance. Co-operate with supply chain and licensing partners for order placement and follow-up.
  • Control and report on the brand budget according to marketing plans.
  • Align to all internal and external policies and regulations.

Education and experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Bring significant experience working with medical products within this category.
  • Be self-motivated with leadership abilities.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of medical product regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market trends into actionable product plans.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills, with the ability to assess workload and prioritize tasks.
  • Show the ability to assimilate data, distil key issues, and present them concisely and objectively. Maintain a results-oriented mindset, focusing on achieving revenue and market share goals.
  • Be a team player.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

The position is preferably based in Stockholm and reports to the Head of Nordics.
