The Job’s Mission:
As Sales Representative, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s Joint Replacement medical devices – in regions Sjælland & Hovedstaden.
Our Joint Replacement division offers market-leading implants for the hip and knee that help improve patient and hospital outcomes with procedural excellence. Additionally, in this position, you will support the sales cycle of our innovative Mako Robotics in your respective regions. The Mako robot enables surgeons to have a more predictable surgical experience and shorter recovery times for patients compared to manual hip/knee procedures.

What you will do:
- In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify, analyze and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers.
- Plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments.
- With the product knowledge you have built up, you advise and train medical and surgical professionals on its use during demonstrations. You will also provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
- Participate congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
- Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up.
- Work closely with other team members in Denmark and the Sales Manager – to ensure customer service levels are best in class.
What you need:
Required:
- You have demonstrable sales experience and hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills – with proficiency in Danish and English.
- Relationship skills: you appreciate contact with a wide variety of people and enjoy building and maintaining connections. You also consider yourself a great team player.
- You are enthusiastic about (medical) technology – your resilience and motivation for selling technical products with the best possible customer service is very important to you.
- You demonstrate adaptability, organizational and analytical skills.
- You have a valid driver’s license as this position involves regular customer visits.
Preferred:
- Sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related is preferred.
- Educational background in fields such as business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare or related areas is preferred.
- Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is not mandatory, but it is an advantage.
