In this role, you will develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical and economic expertise. To best manage your assigned territory, preferably, you are preferably located in Oslo region.

Your key responsibilities
- In your new role, after a familiarization phase with product trainings, you will take over sales activities in the field for your product portfolio in your territory.
- You will implement marketing and sales strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administrations, medical technicians and purchasing departments.
- With the product knowledge you have built up, and your understanding of the healthcare economical aspect of our products, you advise and train surgical & theatre staff in the OR.
- You will be responsible for customer care for surgical theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement, with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented targets.
- You will participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings in order to find potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
What are we looking for?
- 3 years minimum Sales experience and a proven track record of sales success.
- An experience in the medical devices industry, selling both capital and disposable equipment is preferred.
- Self-education or a relevant bachelor’s degree in fields like medical technology, health management, or business administration is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated capability in leading high-level discussions and negotiations with hospital stakeholders, including experience in making economic arguments and participating in market access activities.
- Strong enthusiasm for medical technology is a plus, and a commitment to selling innovative products with top-notch customer service.
- Proficiency in networking, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English are also required. Interviews will be conducted in Norwegian and English.
Additional Information
- Travel activity can be up to 80%, including occasional overnight stays at external locations.
- Depending on the scheduling of your workweek, you will spend the remaining time working from home.
