With the acquisition GBA Group is expanding its range of consulting and training services for the medical device, In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), and pharmaceutical industry.

“As we have set ourselves the goal of being a broad-based service provider for medical devices, Key2Compliance, with its consulting and training services and expertise, is a perfect fit for GBA Group. The expansion of our service portfolio enables us to provide our customers with optimal support along the value chain, from preclinical development and the conduct of clinical trials through to production release and quality assurance,” says Steffen Walter, CEO GBA Group.

Founded in 1994

Key2Compliance was founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 1994 and key areas of expertise include Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development (CRO), Biological Safety, as well as Training and Courses. “With GBA Group, its structure and management we found the right partner to foster our ongoing journey of growth and internationalization. The company’s culture of entrepreneurship, local autonomy, and genuine support as well as the broad variety of revealing synergies between both companies’ services convinced me.
