Baxter will include Medow’s IV-bracelet in its product catalogue for distribution in Sweden.

Swedish startup Medow has developed an IV-bracelet, a bracelet which effectively secures intravenous tubes for example at dialysis or intravenous drip. The bracelet has been tested extensively at hospitals. Normally tubes are secured with only tape which can be insecure and feel uncomfortable.

Non exclusive

The deal with Baxter gives Baxter the right to distribute Medow’s bracelet in Sweden. The rights are not exclusive and Medow has previously made agreements with other distribution partners in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

“We see a great potential in this deal and we hope that it could lead to more,” says Frida McCabe, co-founder of Medow.
