Following a one-year succession process, Miguel Calado will succeed Rabbe Klemets, who is moving into an advisory position.

Non-executive board member, Mads Laustsen, will assume Calado’s previous role of Vice Chairman.

An experienced board member

Since joining Nanoform’s board last year as Vice Chairman, Miguel Calado has applied his expertise in strategic business management and finance to contribute to the company’s recent success within international markets, states the company. He previously was CFO at PepsiCo International and CFO at Hovione Group, an international particle engineering contract development and manufacturing company. He is also an experienced board member with positions on the boards of companies in Europe and the US.
