Novo Nordisk on ‘100 Best Companies’ List

For the seventh consecutive year, Novo Nordisk has made the FORTUNE magazine “100 Best Companies to Work For” list, this year ranking 66th.
The hundreds of companies that apply each year are evaluated on five criteria: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie by the creator of the list, Great Place to Work®.
“We strive to make an unmatched commitment to our employees, our families and our communities because driving change and improving treatment outcomes for people with diabetes and other chronic diseases begins with our people,” said Jacqueline Scanlan, Corporate Vice President, Human Resources, Novo Nordisk. “It is a testament to this continuing commitment that we have been recognized as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For® seven years running.”
Novo Nordisk’s passion for its people begins with meeting the needs of its diverse team, and empowering employees to reach their goals both professionally and personally. Novo Nordisk’s Total Rewards strategy includes exceptional compensation, benefits, development opportunities, work-life and wellness programs.
“A new type of 21st century company is emerging,” said China Gorman, CEO of Great Place to Work®. “It is transforming how business is done both internally and externally. It understands that a high-trust work culture results in higher productivity, increased engagement and better financial performance.”
