SMC will once again be bringing its Life Science expertise to life at this year’s MEDICA and COMPAMED 2014.
The global exhibition, MEDICA, takes place in Düsseldorf, Germany from 12 to 15 November and is the hub of the worldwide medical trade, attracting more than 130,000 visitors from over 120 countries.
From stand 3B52 in Hall 3, SMC will be displaying its latest range of medical technology and analytics for applications such as liquid handling, lab automation, temperature control, sterilisation and dentistry. The company will also have a stand in Hall 8a, Stand 8aN01 at sister exhibition COMPAMED from 12 to 14 November.
SMC’s Robert Schill says: “MEDICA is one of the most respected and well attended ehibitions of its kind in the world. This year is particularly exciting as we will be unveiling two new products that we know will be of great interest to our customers.
“Our overriding theme is ‘Change Sides’ and we are looking forward to having interesting conversations with visitors about our innovations and demonstrate how easy it is to make the switch to our products.”
With temperature control a key issue within the sector, visitors will be able to handle SMC’s vast range of components, featuring the new products, which effectively manage this challenge. SMC will also display its wide selection of valves for fluids and applications across the Life Science industry, including its miniature solutions.
Visitors to SMC’s stands in Hall 3 and Hall 8a will be welcomed by a selected team of multinational and multilingual experts who will be on-hand to answer any questions. To celebrate the company’s Japanese roots, SMC will be serving up its highly popular ‘Flying Buffet’ and Japanese beer on Thursday 13 November from 5pm to refresh tired MEDICA delegates from stand 3B52, Hall 3.
