The company has recently raised SEK 4.6 million through a rights issue to secure operations during the sales process that has now been initiated.
Acucort, a project company within the life science incubator P.U.L.S., has developed an easy soluble film for oral use during acute allergic conditions and is now looking for a buyer.
“We have now begun the sales process for Acucort and is looking for a buyer for this projects which fills a great medical need as there is no similar product on the market today. The product is based on a well used anti-inflammatory substance, which is safe and effective, but the processing form is completely new,” said Bengt Westrin, project manager of Acucort.
Acucort has also hired an international financial advisor to assist in the sales process.
