Bavarian Nordic’s Chair of the Board steps down
The company’s Chair of the Board, Luc Debruyne has decided to step down from the board with immediate effect.
The Board has appointed Vice Chair Anne Louise Eberhard as new Chair of the Board.
“After careful reflection on both the process and the outcome of the recent takeover attempt, I have decided to step down to enable the board of Bavarian Nordic to focus on the company’s next phase of development. I have deep appreciation for the company’s remarkable achievements throughout its transformation in recent years and I take pride in having led the board during such a dynamic and important period. I extend my heartfelt thanks and best wishes to the management team and all employees for their dedication and professionalism as they continue to strengthen the company’s global position,” stated Luc Debruyne.
The takeover offer of Bavarian Nordic is withdrawn and will not be completed
