The Challenge

If your ambitions align with those of Eltronic, you could be the right fit to take on the role as Key Account Manager, responsible for strategic sales of projects within the Pharma Engineering and Automation business area. You will be expected to drive and take ownership of the following:

This role offers an exceptionally challenging position in an exciting entrepreneurial environment, where you will contribute to the critical mission of further developing Eltronic Pharma Engineering. Together with the team, you will have the opportunity to shape the role and its content by ensuring progress and expanding market shares. The strategic focus is on pharmaceutical companies primarily in Denmark and southern Sweden, with plans to expand internationally in the future.

You will be responsible for selling and developing projects in collaboration with the team, using a thorough and analytical approach tailored to each client. You will report to the company’s Sales Director for Life Science.

Talent and Personality

You are an experienced and skilled Key Account Manager with a background in project sales, preferably within automation or process technology. You ensure progress by balancing customer needs with internal competencies and resources. With strong business acumen and experience in selling projects and developing concepts for the pharmaceutical segment, you are well-versed in navigating the pharmaceutical industry and working in a GMP-regulated environment. Your background might include roles such as Engineer, Electrical Installer, Technologist, or similar.

You possess a commercial mindset while maintaining a structured and analytical work approach. You are passionate about developing the business and thrive in the role of a strategic sparring partner for both external and internal stakeholders.

You excel at selling complex solutions and concepts. You maintain an overview by being attentive, analytical, and adept at leveraging your knowledge and insights. This ensures alignment between client needs and organizational resources. Collaborating with the team, you define relevant solutions for each project and price them appropriately for the client.
