Among the 11 patients evaluated so far — all of whom had exhausted at least two prior standard treatments with no remaining potentially curative options — disease control was achieved in 100 percent and an objective tumour response in 10 of 11 patients (91 percent). Six patients achieved a complete metabolic response, of whom four remain in complete response, including one for at least 18 months and another for at least 12 months. Among three patients who had previously been treated with a different CAR T-cell therapy, all achieved disease control and two had an objective tumour response.

The trial is now awaiting results from the twelfth and final Phase I patient, after which an independent Data Safety and Monitoring Board will assess the third dosing cohort to determine the recommended Phase II dose for the study’s expansion phase.
