The partnership will focus on long-acting treatments targeting conditions such as obesity, diabetes, and other chronic cardiometabolic disorders.

Up to USD 870 million in total milestone payments

Camurus is eligible to receive up to USD 870 million in total milestone payments, including USD 290 million tied to development and regulatory milestones and USD 580 million linked to sales-related milestones.
