Revenue reached DKK 13.6 billion, up 11% in reported Danish kroner. Underlying growth was 13% at constant exchange rates, excluding a one-time DKK 470 million inventory build related to Lundbeck’s transition to a partnership model in 27 markets.

Revenue from strategic brands rose 17% at constant exchange rates to DKK 10.5 billion, representing 77% of total revenue. EBITDA increased 18% at constant exchange rates to DKK 4.6 billion, while adjusted earnings per share rose 28% to DKK 3.70.

“We delivered strong commercial performance in the first half of 2026, with revenue growing 16% CER, driven primarily by continued momentum for Vyepti,” said Charl van Zyl, Lundbeck’s president and CEO.

Lundbeck also highlighted progress across its pipeline. Enrollment has been completed in the Phase III DEEp OCEAN trial of bexicaserin in developmental and epileptic encephalopathies, while the FDA has granted Fast Track designation to Lu AH69593, an investigational oral orexin 2 receptor agonist in Phase Ib development for narcolepsy.

The company said it is entering the next phase of its strategy with a strong balance sheet and continued investment in research and development.
