Our J.MDTM technology suite identifies highly developable antibody candidate sequences prior to clinical development investments. AbacusTM, our AI/ML toolset is trained on proprietary developability data from more than 300 molecules. 

Selected molecules move into the J.CHO® High Expression System, delivering titers exceeding 4 g/L/day in perfusion while maintaining excellent product quality.

Why continuous? 

Continuous manufacturing delivers substantially higher productivity than conventional fed-batch processing. By maintaining cells at high constant density and continuously harvesting product, perfusion minimizes product degradation and better preserves quality attributes, particularly for complex biologics and biosimilars.

Our intensified continuous process supports seamless transitions from early-phase clinical trials to late-phase and commercial production. Conventional scale-up is replaced by running the same process for longer, or at modestly higher volume, without changing facilities, equipment or teams.
