Atos Medical has announced the acquisition of the German tracheostomy company TRACOE medical, including NL-based MC Europe and of UK-based Kapitex Healthcare.

TRACOE medical is a family-owned German-based tracheostomy business originally founded in 1958 and today includes MC Europe. Kapitex Healthcare was founded in 1991 and is a UK based company. All companies have a longstanding and excellent expertise in developing and delivering high quality products for tracheostomy patients and have a global reach with customers in 90 countries.
