BCB Medical appoints new CEO

Marcus Kaber was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company on February 1.

Marcus Kaber comes to BCB Medical from Specops Software, where he was the company’s CEO for 10 years. With over 20 years of international experience in the IT industry, Kaber has helped Nordic companies grow successfully and expand their business internationall, describes BCB Medical.

Kaber’s background in cyber security will be helpful as patient security is a critically important aspect of BCB Medical’s solutions, and new regulations like the European Union’s Medical Device Regulation (MDR) will further increase the demand for products that prioritize data security, the company states. BCB Medical’s software was recently MDR-certified.
