The Uppsala-based company develops blood tests for monitoring treatment in metastatic breast cancer. In the rights issue, about 71% of the shares were subscribed for, with and without subscription rights. The remaining 29% will go to the guarantor, HDF Cancer Monitoring.

Because HDF’s investment will take it above the threshold in the Swedish Foreign Direct Investment Screening Act, any allocation that gives it more than about 29.9% of the votes requires approval from the Inspectorate of Strategic Products.

The new shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market on or about November 3, 2026.
