The partnership pairs Circio’s circVec circular RNA technology with Full Circles’ C4DNA platform, a circular single-stranded DNA vector engineered to minimize immune recognition. Together, the two technologies are intended to enable genetic payloads to be delivered directly inside the body, avoiding immune detection and allowing repeat dosing – a persistent limitation of viral vector and ex vivo cell therapy approaches such as CAR-T.

Circio Chief Scientific Officer Victor Levitsky said the circVec platform “has shown specific and durable expression in the spleen in vivo, far outlasting synthetic RNA-based approaches.”
