Ginolis, a manufacturer of diagnostic disposables, plans to acquire JOT Automation’s Life Science Division, the companies recently announced. The merger is scheduled to take place during the first half of this year.

We are focusing our efforts on strengthening our test and precision assembly portfolios for the telecom industry, and Ginolis is better positioned to serve global life science clients.”

In connection with the transaction, JOT Automation’s ownership of Ginolis will increase.
