The suspicions are related to solicitation of shares in Raysearch Laboratories. The company has announced that Mårder is leaving the board for personal reasons.

According to the prosecutor, the suspected crimes consist of Mårder advising another person to trade shares in the company where Mårder sat on the board.

Günther Mårder is now free and the prosecutor has lifted the detention but the suspicions remain.
