The position combines strategic account management, in‑field execution and cross‑functional collaboration with Medical Affairs and Market Access.
Summary of key tasks
1) Build Long‑Term Relationships and Partnerships While Driving Sales
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with National Health Authorities, hospitals, procurement leaders and departments
- Develop advocacy and partnerships with KOLs and key stakeholders in Norway
- Translate customer needs and challenges into collaborative, value‑driven solutions
- Work closely with Market Access and Medical Affairs to ensure aligned execution and patient impact
2) Account Management, Omnichannel Execution & Market Expertise
- Own and execute key account plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead omnichannel marketing execution in Norway
- Monitor progress of agreed actions and adapt tactics accordingly
- Act as an expert on the clients products and the competitive / healthcare environment
- Share best practices and insights to accelerate learning and performance
- Spend 70–80 % of time in‑field, including participation in congresses, seminars and scientific meetings
- Conduct commercial meetings in line with the clients model
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you bring both scientific understanding and strong commercial capability.
- Hold a degree in a relevant scientific field, e.g. Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or similar
- Have extensive sales experience, preferably within dermatology and biological treatments
- Strong knowledge of the hospital sector, including Market Access, Public procurement, Tender and contracting processes
- Have solid understanding of the Norwegian healthcare system and decision‑making structures
- Are pragmatic, structured, goal‑oriented and comfortable working project‑based
- Are experienced with IT and reporting systems
- Enjoy extensive in‑field work and managing a broad stakeholder landscape
- Norwegian speaking, living in the central part of Norway (Oslo area)
