Lundbeck has announced that Anders Götzsche, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will depart Lundbeck to become CFO of another company in Denmark.
He will leave Lundbeck no later than May 2022.
“Anders has been CFO of Lundbeck for over 14 years, including a short stint as interim Chief Executive Officer in 2017-2018. He has been instrumental in putting Lundbeck in the strong position it is in today. He will be leaving Lundbeck poised for continued growth, with robust financial fundamentals in place. I’d like to thank Anders for all his contributions over the years and I wish him every success with his new opportunity,” says Deborah Dunsire, Chief Executive Officer of Lundbeck.

The search for a successor will be initiated and a new CFO for Lundbeck will be announced in due course.
