Ortivus’ CEO is dismissed

At the Board meeting on August 27, the Board of Ortivus AB has decided to dismiss the Chief Executive Officer Staffan Eriksson from his assignment, effective immediately.
The Chief Financial Officer of the company, Lars Höst, has at the same time been appointed acting CEO.
Staffan Eriksson has, during his almost two years as CEO of Ortivus AB, in many ways served Ortivus well. The Board has, however, determined that the company now needs a different profile to strengthen its business and position in the market. Therefore, the Board has decided to dismiss Staffan Eriksson from his assignment effective immediately.
“In this context, I would like to emphasize that we have had a well-functioning collaboration with Staffan Eriksson during his time at the company”, says Nils Bernhard, Chairman of the Board.
The Board will start the recruitment process for a new CEO as soon as possible. Until the new CEO is in place, Lars Höst will lead the business as acting CEO in parallel with his role as CFO. Lars Höst holds an MBA from the University of Lund, and was employed in 2017, joining Ortivus from a corresponding position at D-Link Northern Europe.
