Jean-François Hilaire was named to the new position of chief strategy officer for Recipharm on Monday, according to the company. Hilaire began work Monday and will join the Group’s Executive Committee.
“Jean-François Hilaire brings valuable and relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry in general, and also has important insights from the outsourcing of drug development and manufacturing,” says Thomas Eldered, Recipharm’s president and CEO.
A pharmacist, Hilaire holds a degree from the University of Bordeaux and has undergone CEDEP General Manager Program at the campus of INSEAD in Fontainebleau. He has extensive experience in leadership positions within marketing and sales, manufacturing and distribution at companies including Fournier, Solvay and Abbott.
