Atlas Antibodies acquires HistoCyte Laboratories

Atlas Antibodies has signed an agreement to acquire UK company HistoCyte Laboratories Ltd. HistoCyte Laboratories’ portfolio of cell line materials provides control of immuno-histochemical assays used in the diagnosis of cancers.
