The Role

The Senior Manager will have responsibility for commercial performance and will play a key role in translating national strategy into strong execution. The role includes leadership responsibility for a team of senior commercial professionals and close collaboration across multiple internal functions to ensure delivery on business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of the commercial strategy to maximize performance and sustainable growth
  • Lead, align, and develop cross‑functional collaboration to deliver agreed priorities and KPIs
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing commercial team
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement across the healthcare ecosystem

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capability combined with a strategic, analytical, and value‑driven mindset.

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven experience in senior commercial and people leadership roles for several years
  • Strong background in cross‑functional collaboration, solid understanding of the Swedish healthcare system, experience in market access is a strong advantage
  • Experience from different commercial roles is a plus
  • Clear, confident, and persuasive communication style
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
