Aerocrine AB announced that board member Staffan Lindstrand resigned.
Lindstrand is also a board member of Healthcap, where he also is a partner, pharmaceutical company Orexo, Medtech company Pulmonx and eye laser company 20/10 Perfect Vision. He is a civil engineer with 10 years of experience in investment banking.
Prior to this announcement, Aerocrine also noted other changes in the board, such as Commissioner Michael Shalmi being appointed acting chairman. The reason for this is a planned hospital stay for Board Chairman Rolf Classon. In connection with this, Aerocrine’s CEO Scott Myers was appointed the new spokesperson for the company during Rolf Classon’s illness.
