Acorda to buy Biotie for $363 million
The US biotechnology company Acorda Therapeutics announced on Tuesday an agreed $363 million cash bid for all of the shares in Finland’s Biotie Therapies. Recipharm receives approval for acquisition of Nitin
Further to the company’s announcement on 20th October 2015 that Recipharm will acquire a majority stake (74%) in Nitin Lifesciences Limited, the Indian Foreign Investment and Promotion Board has now granted approval for this transaction to take place.
