He is responsible for planning, reporting, developing, and executing bioprocesses in collaboration with a team of scientists and engineers. He explains his role in the company and what he is thrilled about.

Isa Lindgren has been intrigued by all things science since she was a child. As Manager of Analytical Development at NorthX Biologics she gets to integrate her fascination with a new-found interest in business development and intrapreneurship.

Life science applications captured Richard Johnsson’s interest early on and today, as Head of R&D Operations at Red Glead Discovery, he enjoys finding drug discovery solutions, helping clients bring new therapies to market, and being part of the development of the field.

Anders Findsen likes to be part of the different R&D aspects of an up-and-coming dynamic biotech company. As Research Scientist at NMD Pharma he gets to follow a compound from the beginning to hopefully going into the clinic in the end.
