Finnish clinical-stage biotech Desentum has closed an oversubscribed EUR 28 million equity round to advance its allergy vaccines.

Orexo's board has resolved on a rights issue of about SEK 250 million, subject to approval at an extraordinary general meeting on November 6. The money is mainly for the company's development programs, including the first pivotal trial of OX640.

Danish allergy company ALK-Abelló has upgraded its full-year 2026 outlook and now expects revenue growth of 16–17% in local currencies, up from 14–16%.

Umeå-based biotech Omnio has raised EUR 2.9 million in an oversubscribed round from existing investors and shareholders. The funding will move the company's plasminogen-based therapy for hard-to-heal chronic wounds closer to clinical trials, with patient studies planned for 2027.

Danish biotech Breye Therapeutics has closed an oversubscribed EUR 67.5 million Series A financing to advance danegaptide, its first-in-class oral treatment for non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR), into a Phase II clinical trial.

The funding package consists of equity investments from private investors and significant backing from Business Finland.
