NanoEcho declared bankrupt
Swedish medtech company NanoEcho has been declared bankrupt after failing to find a solution to its strained financial situation.
The board filed for bankruptcy with Helsingborg District Court on Monday, and the court granted it the same day. Lawyer Patrik Kalman of Trädgårdh Advokatbyrå in Malmö has been appointed administrator. The board said that despite intensive work during 2026, it had not found a sound solution to the company’s finances, and that bankruptcy would cause the least harm to creditors and shareholders.
