Third-quarter sales were USD 250 million, up 4% organically and 5% reported. Prosthetics and Neuro Orthotics grew 7% organically, driven by EMEA, while Bracing and Supports grew 2% and Patient Care was flat. The company says integration work has slowed patient volume growth in selected Patient Care regions.

The EBITDA margin was 22%, in line with the third quarter of 2025, as cost control offset a temporarily lower gross margin linked to the optimization of smaller prosthetics manufacturing sites. Full-year EBITDA margin guidance was narrowed to around 21%, from 20–22%.

“In Patient Care, sales performance has been below the expectations we set at the beginning of the year. Mainly as significant integration effort has slowed down our ability to drive growth in patient volumes in selected regions,” says Sveinn Sölvason, President and CEO of Embla Medical.
