Gesynta Pharma has completed enrollment in NOVA, its Phase II trial of the non-hormonal, non-opioid drug candidate vipoglanstat in endometriosis. The trial is fully enrolled more than three months ahead of schedule, and topline data are expected in the second quarter of 2027.

Finnish Faron Pharmaceuticals will present final survival data at ESMO 2026 from the melanoma cohort of its Phase 1/2 MATINS study. One in five patients achieved disease control on bexmarilimab alone, and these patients lived longer, although the difference was not statistically significant.

Danish allergy company ALK-Abelló reports that its house dust mite tablet Acarizax met the primary objective of a Phase 3 trial in China, with efficacy in line with earlier trials after only 24–28 weeks of treatment. ALK and its partner GenSci plan to file for approval in China in the first half of 2027.
