New Nordic consortia on post-COVID condition
NordForsk has decided to fund three Nordic networking activities to support knowledge development on the post-COVID condition (PCC).
The call has aimed to facilitate Nordic networking activities that promote knowledge-sharing and capacity-building relevant to research on the post-COVID condition.
The funded networks, each with participants from minimum three Nordic countries, will establish cross-sectorial cooperation between professionals and national research initiatives working on PCC. They will contribute to the international knowledge development by raising awareness and disseminating the outcomes of the networks to relevant end-users and stakeholders including patient organisations.
The call was funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers. A total of NOK 2 950 000 million was granted, and each network will receive up to NOK 1 000,000.
The projects have a duration of up to three years and are expected to start in the beginning of 2025.
