In addition to her current role at LMI, Solberg has held advisory and communication positions at the Norwegian Prime Minister’s Office and at the consultancy Apeland, giving her broad experience of public sector, media and corporate communication. Her prior work as Communications Advisor to The Life Science Cluster has also given her close familiarity with the organization’s members and its role in Norway’s life science ecosystem.

Solberg is particularly interested in how communication, policy and innovation can work together to create societal impact and strengthen life science in Norway. This aligns closely with The Life Science Cluster’s mission to “unleash the potential of Norway’s life science sectors” by connecting companies, institutions and policy-makers.
