Professor Signe Sørensen Torekov and Assistant Professor Lærke Smidt Gasbjerg, both at the University of Copenhagen, are this year’s recipients of the obesity research prizes awarded by the Danish Association for the Study of Obesity (DASO) and the Novo Nordisk Foundation.
