Torbjörn Lundström has been appointed Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and he will be medical responsible for the company’s product portfolio.

Lundström will be a part of the management team and report to the CEO.

Torbjörn Lundström (born 1953) is a medical doctor specialized in cardiology and internal medicine and he holds a PhD in medical sciences. He has a long experience from healthcare but also 20 years experience from clinical pharmaceutical development in leading positions within AstraZeneca where he has been responsible of clinical development of products foremost in advanced development phases within cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Most recently Lundström was Global Clinical Lead at AstraZeneca R&D.
